OUR VISION
The company’s Occupational Safety and Health Policy is incorporated in how we conduct our businesses in order to promote the Safety, Health, and Well-being of our employees in the work environment. It is ensured through our commitment towards “Zero Accidents” and its implementation in all Business Units, from its implementation to the review of its objectives and goals, aiming at continuous improvement in this regard. We prioritize the maintenance of safe environments, with no work-related injuries or illnesses. For BEONTAG, an accident can be prevented with the prior identification of unsafe activities and conditions.

Our Policy is supported by the culture of accident prevention at work with the help of our employees, service providers, and visitors. We will comply with and enforce all legal and additional requirements applicable to the Occupational Safety and Health Policy, in all our processes and services.
OUR PRINCIPLES
Safety is our main value and our employees are our greatest asset. We believe that accidents are extremely undesirable events, resulting from a combination of unsafe activities and conditions, which can be prevented. Our Leaders act in a preventive and proactive manner. They provide a Health and Safety Management at work, disseminated throughout all hierarchical levels of the corporation. For this reason, the continuous and permanent training of Managers, Employees, and Internal Commission for Accident Prevention to identify unsafe activities and conditions is our main tool. We persistently work to eliminate or control potentially dangerous activities and risk of accidents. No activity is more important or urgent than carrying it out in a safe way. We will never direct the company’s focus towards results or production to the detriment of the occupational safety or health of our employees, suppliers, and visitors. We continuously seek compatibility between a safe environment and a sustainable production process. We are responsible for the Safety and Health of our employees, inside and outside the company.
